MYSTERIUM: The Power of Creation
A journey exploring creation from silence, using the voice , visual arts , and techniques of meditation from Shamanic and esoteric traditions
A two-day workshop using techniques of breathing, emotional release, and sound-healing through the voice with ethnic instruments to open the inner centers, enabling a contact with a deep place of silence and peace within. We will explore techniques of opening the voice through singing and chanting, painting, techniques of active meditation of Osho, as well as Tibetan Mysticism, Toltec practices, Egyptian Alchemy and Hawaiian Magic to open the heart and relate to the 'outer world' through a creative channel of love.
