After Osho Meditation Radiate Love

Sananda

"Practise love. Sitting alone in your room, be loving. Radiate love. Fill the whole room with your love energy." Osho

I feel gratitude; I feel my heart. Last night, on my way to Amar, I walked amongst the splendour of the autumn leaves, which smell so lovely. I felt grateful for the rain after such a long dry spell. Then through the gate, where Amar had already put up fairy lights, as a reminder of the light within us even in the darkest of times. Past the blooming flowers – oh, those asters, such delicate autumn blooms. I step into the cleanliness and fragrance of Amar’s home. Jánoš, her elderly dog, welcomes me; although he can’t see or hear very well, he can still sense a touch.
We sit down with Amar over a herbal tea, which tastes surprisingly sweet with a floral aroma. We’re getting ready for the ‘Radiance of Love’ online meditation.
I call it a gift from our friend Covid, the fact that we’re now holding more events online, including meditations. It’s so easy, and yet it works beautifully. Meeting friends virtually and thus kindling the light of love within us. We broadcast from Amar’s serene meditation room, which is a lovely space surrounded by a garden. This meditation is a wonderful reminder that we often seek something outside ourselves that we already have within.Love is. We work with this in our Essence groups, too. Essence is. Love is one of its aspects, and we do not need other people to be able to feel it. To perceive it, to radiate it.
This meditation guides us first to tune into our hearts. How glad I am that the concept of the heart has been part of our culture since time immemorial. A heart that knows how to love. To feel gently, to listen, to see one’s own heart. To connect with something that comes so naturally to us, and then to radiate this quality of love out into the world. We played some songs to help us get into the right frame of mind. And then we danced too, using our hands to express the radiance of love. Finally, the meditation returned to silence, observation, and simply being a witness.
It’s lovely to recall this meditation first thing in the morning upon waking. To tune into your heart and radiate love all around you. A few minutes are enough; no music is needed, just the music of your own soul.

"Practise love. Sitting alone in your room, be loving. Radiate love. Fill the whole room with your love energy. Feel vibrating with a new frequency, feel swaying as if you are in the ocean of love. Create vibrations of love energy around you. And you will start feeling immediately that something is happening -- something in your aura is changing, something around your body is changing; a warmth is arising around your body... a warmth like deep orgasm. You are becoming more alive. Something like sleep is disappearing. Something like awareness is arising. Sway into this ocean. Dance, sing, and let your whole room be filled with love.
In the beginning it feels very weird. When for the first time you can fill your room with love energy, your own energy, which goes on falling and rebouncing on you and makes you so happy, one starts feeling, 'Am I hypnotising myself? Am I deluded? What is happening?' Because you have always thought that love comes from somebody else. A mother is needed to love you, a father, a brother, a husband, a wife, a child -- but somebody.
Love that depends on somebody is a poor love. Love that is created within you, love that you create out of your own being, is real energy. Then move anywhere with that ocean surrounding you and you will feel that everybody who comes close to you is suddenly under a different kind of energy." Osho
