Breath of Joy

Breath of Joy is a very simple way of breathing which can energize our body, lift our spirit and refresh our joy.

It is done standing.
The inbreath is done in three parts. First we breath in the belly, then to the chest and finally to the upper parts of lung. We breath in through the nose. This inbreath is accompanied by arm movements - see the video.
The breath out - is through the mouth with a sound HOO.
You bow done in and breath out dynamically through mouth with HOO sound.

The number of repetitions depend on your mood or feeling.

There are contraindicatioons: high blood pressure and injury or illness of eyes.
