NLP Practitioner and Ericksonian Hypnosis Training
From Therapy to Hypnosis - From Hypnosis to Meditation
What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is essentially the art and science of creating an altered state of consciousness, also called trance, and utilizing that altered state of consciousness, via suggestions and indirect communication, to bring new learning and understanding into the unconscious.
Why hypnosis?
Most people live in a state of fear or distrust towards the Unconscious, religions and society have tought us that distrust, as they want us to simply follow the rules and function. They don´t want us to claim our full potential. Realizing our full potential is only possible if we make friends with our Unconscious, which makes up more than 90% of our total mind, only then can we touch the vast inner resources resting deep inside of each one of us.
Hypnosis allows us to reclaim a state of harmony between our conscious and our unconscious mind, and makes it possible to communicate to the unconscious mind: Old wounds are getting healed, seeds of awareness sink deep into our Unconscious, and the archaic wisdom and intuition of the Unconscious become available to the Conscious:
The Unconscious never hears anything that the conscious is deciding, and the conscious cannot control the unconscious - the unconscious is so vast. The secret of Hypnosis is that it takes you to the unconscious, and then you can put the seeds of anything in the unconscious, and it will grow, blossom. The blossoming will happen in the conscious, but the roots will remain in the unconscious. As far as I am concerned, hypnosis is going to be one of the most significant parts of the Mystery School. Such a simple method, which demands a little trust, a little innocence, can bring miraculous changes in your life - and not in ordinary things only. Slowly it can become a path of your meditation.
Osho: Beyond Psychology
“Patients are patients because they are out of Rapport with their own Unconscious... Patients are people who have had too much programming - so much outside programming that they have lost touch with their inner selves.“
Milton Erickson 1976
The design of the training:
This training teaches you in an experiential way how to evoke and work with hypnotic trance states, in individual and group settings.
You learn how to use language in conscious and precise ways, to guide others into hypnosis, and how to distinguish between conscious and unconscious communication.
You learn how to communicate in metaphors, as the Unconscious can most readily accept new understandings presented in that form. Metaphors are therapeutical stories, tailored to the individual needs and inner structures of the client, both on the level of content and as well on the level of structure. Both Milton Erickson, the founder of modern Ericksonian hypnosis, and Osho have been masters in that art.
Special care will be given to include nature into your learning of creating metaphors.
The training is specifically designed for learning in a meditative, relaxing and nourishing atmosphere. You learn how to use hypnosis from and for a space of meditation, as this is the foundation of healing, with an attitude of respect towards the individuality of the client.
Chosen techniques to work with a variety of issues give you practical tools to facilitate healing and transformation in a space of meditation and creativity.

The attitude:
Hypnosis is a very respectful and sensitive dialogue with the Unconscious of our clients, and everybody is on their unique life journey, that´s why hypnosis work is oriented much more towards activating inner resources in the clients, than on specific results. We cannot force the Unconscious to do something specific, we can only invite it, and bring new understanding, and then leave it to the Unconscious to make the best out of it.
“My learning over the years was that I tried to direct the patient too much. It took me a long time to let things develop and make use of things as they develop.“
Milton Erickson 1976
