Enjoying the summer days in Shangri La with the process of Osho No-Mind and other meditations.
The „No-Mind“ has been created by Osho as a meditative therapy. It consists of one hour gibberish and one hour of silent sitting each day. In the gibberish we express whatever is there in a language we don’t understand. That helps us to leave the mind behind and allows the sitting to be more silent in the second hour.
There will be one hour of work meditation and beside the Osho No-Mind we can prepare the program together according to our needs including various Osho active and silent meditations, walks in nature, bonfire with some music etc.
