Mahamudra allows us to connect with Universe. How often do you think about it, that we are just a tiny beings in an infinite space.

We will do this meditation in the evening just before going to sleep, so that we can take the depth and connection with us to our sleep.
Otherwise this meditation can be done anytime during the day, it is just good to have some time afterwards before you go back to everyday activities.

This meditation takes 50 minutes and has two stages.

First stage - Latihan - 30 minutes

Stand, eyes closed, body relaxed. Opening, listening to movements that want to happen by themselves. It is subtle energies, that will start coming - allow these movements, do not make any movements yourself and do not stop any movements. Stay present, watch, be a witness.

Second stage - 20 minutes

Kneel down, rain both hands palms up towards the sky. Imagine that you are hollow like a flute or a bamboo. Amazing energies is descending down onto your head, entering your body, filling up the inside emptiness completely. Allow it to enter your body, mind and soul as deeply as possible. Your body will start to tremble like a leaf in a wind.

When will you feel to be overflowing with energy, bend down and touch your forehead on the ground. Let this tremendous energy to flow into the Earth. Becoming like a hollow bamboo, letting the energy to flow through.

Repeat this cycle at least seven times. You can do more but not less. Every cycle opens up a new chakra, going deeper and deeper.
