Shangri La OMC is an educational center for personal growth and development. Our wish is that all participants come with this intention. It is important to note that some programs may be physically and emotionally demanding, especially for people, who had psychological problems in the past. In case of doubts we advise to consult a physician. Each participant carries full responsibility for him/herself including his/her behaviour towards others. Neither Shangri La nor any person working in the center is responsible for any losses, damages or injuries of participants. It is required to inform us about serious past psychological problems, infectious diseases, drug abuse and/ or serious conditions of the present health state. In case of illness or injury each participant is financing the medical care him/herself. Participants who came to write about Shangri La or programs here may do so only with a written consent of Shangri La OMC. Participants under the age of 18 must have a written consent of their parents in order to participate.

If a participant decides to finish the program earlier, s/he will not be given the money back. Each participant agrees that s/he will keep the health and hygienic rules of Shangri La in all places where the activities are taking place. Part of each program is a daily hour of help in the house or in the garden.

Conditions for cancellation of participation

If you cancel your participation earlier than 30 days before the start of the event, the cancellation fee is CZK 500.
If you cancel your participation 30 to 10 days before the event, the cancellation fee is CZK 1,000.
If you cancel your participation later than 10 days before the start of the group, the fee is CZK 2,000.
